Access

The surgery is situated on Crellow Lane approximately 50yds from the supermarket in the centre of the village. There is a small parking area in front of the building for patients who drive to the surgery. Stithians surgery is a converted bungalow and all facilities are easily accessible on foot or by wheelchair.

Monday 8.30am - 5.30pm

Tuesday 8.30am - 2.00pm

Wednesday 8.30am - 1.00pm then 2.00pm - 4.30pm

Thursday 8.30am - 2.00pm

Friday 8.30am - 4.30pm

How do I see the doctor?

Ring 01209 860170 and speak to the receptionist who will advise you of the appointments available.

Drs Beckett, Ellis and Katz hold routine surgeries at Stithians. If they are away or on duty one of the other doctors will hold a surgery. There are no emergency surgeries at Stithians but if you or your child are unwell the receptionist will do everything she can to fit you in with the doctor, if this is not possible you may be asked to attend at Penryn.

If you are normally seen at Stithians your paper medical records, including hospital correspondence up to December 2002, are kept there. All records, including hospital correspondence, after December 2002 are on the computer. This means that your records are available at all our surgeries.

Repeat Prescriptions

Phone 01209 860170 after 9.00am to order repeat prescriptions by phone.

If you normally collect your prescriptions from Stithians you will need to direct your enquiries to the receptionist at Stithians.

How do I see the Practice Nurse/Midwife/Health Visitor?

The practice nurse provides surgeries on Monday, Wednesday and Thursday mornings, and a blood test clinic on Tuesday morning.

The midwife no longer visits Stithians Surgery; please contact Penryn Surgery on 01326 372502 to make an appointment there.

The Health Visitor holds regular clinics every second and fourth Wednesday of the month between 2.00pm and 3.00pm..

Please ask the receptionist about making an appointment for any of the above.
