Having good mental health is important, and affects us all in one way or another - either directly, someone in our family or the people we work or study with.
1 in 4 adults experience at least one mental health problem in any given year.
It's important to make sure that having good mental health is taken as seriously as our physical health, and we make sure patients get the same help for their mental health as they would for a physical problem.
See a GP if you have been feeling depressed or anxious for more that a few weeks or if anxiety is affecting your daily life.
